Terms Of Service

These Terms explain the agreement between you and Quintir Pte. Ltd. when you purchase or use the SignalCore Value Diagnostic System.

The Agreement At A Glance

- Your purchase provides a limited right to use SignalCore for your own lawful personal or business purposes.

- You need your own Anthropic account, API key and available API credits.

- SignalCore provides evidence-based analysis, not a guaranteed commercial outcome or professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.

- You remain responsible for the information you submit and the decisions you make from the report.

- Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service form a contract between you and Quintir Pte. Ltd. concerning SignalCoreSuite and the SignalCore Value Diagnostic System, together called “SignalCore”. By purchasing, accessing or using SignalCore, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy: https://signalcoresuite.com/privacy and Refund Policy: https://signalcoresuite.com/refunds.

If you purchase for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. In that case, “you” includes the organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use SignalCore.

Who May Use SignalCore

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. SignalCore is intended for founders, operators and other adults assessing a lawful offer, product, service or business.

You may use SignalCore as an individual consumer or for business purposes. Any mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer remain unaffected.

What SignalCore Provides

SignalCore is a browser-based value diagnostic system. It reviews information you provide, may attempt limited retrieval of supplied public webpage links, and uses Anthropic services to generate a structured diagnostic report.

Its purpose is to identify likely value gaps, purchase barriers, message weaknesses and practical areas for investigation. It cannot know the private motives of individual prospects and does not replace direct customer research, controlled testing or professional judgement.

Features, report sections, supported inputs and service methods may change as SignalCore is improved. Material changes will not remove mandatory rights relating to an existing purchase.

Purchase, Delivery And Access

Prices, taxes, payment arrangements and the included product are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party commerce and payment providers. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Access is licensed to the purchaser and is verified using the email address supplied at checkout. You may need to wait briefly while a successful payment is confirmed and the entitlement is created. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and maintaining access to that mailbox.

Where applicable law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content or services, any request for immediate supply and acknowledgement concerning that right must be presented separately at checkout. Nothing in these Terms alone is intended to manufacture or record consent that the checkout did not actually obtain.

Your Licence

Subject to these Terms and successful payment, Quintir Pte. Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use SignalCore for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You may use and adapt a report generated from your own inputs for your own business planning, marketing and internal decision-making. You may share that report with employees, contractors or professional advisers working for you when they need it for those purposes and are required to keep it appropriately confidential.

No ownership of SignalCore, its software, diagnostic method, prompts, templates, interface, brand or underlying intellectual property is transferred to you.

Use Restrictions

You must not:

- sell, sublicense, rent, share or transfer your SignalCore access;

- make the app available as a shared service bureau, public tool or competing product;

- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, extract or attempt to reconstruct protected software, prompts, methods or system instructions except where applicable law expressly permits it;

- circumvent purchaser verification, access limits or security controls;

- use automated traffic, malicious code or activity that unreasonably burdens the service or its providers;

- submit unlawful material or material that infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights; or

- use SignalCore to deceive, discriminate unlawfully, cause harm or make decisions prohibited by law.

Anthropic Account And API Costs

SignalCore requires you to provide your own valid Anthropic API key and to maintain sufficient Anthropic API credits. Anthropic access, usage charges, service limits and availability are not included in your SignalCore purchase.

Your relationship with Anthropic is also governed by Anthropic's applicable terms and privacy documentation. Quintir Pte. Ltd. does not control Anthropic's models, pricing, account decisions, service availability, retention practices or output.

You are responsible for protecting your API key, using it only on trusted devices and revoking it through Anthropic if you believe it has been exposed.

Your Inputs

You retain any rights you hold in the information and material you submit. You give Quintir Pte. Ltd. only the limited permission needed to operate SignalCore and provide the requested service. Diagnostic inputs are sent from your browser to Anthropic as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to provide the material and that its use for the diagnosis does not breach another person's rights or an obligation of confidentiality. Do not submit payment-card data, government identifiers, passwords, authentication secrets, health records or other sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the diagnosis.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy, completeness and appropriateness of your inputs. Incomplete, outdated or inaccurate inputs may reduce the usefulness of the report.

AI-Generated Reports

Reports are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, unsupported interpretations or outdated information. Public webpage retrieval may fail, and third-party webpage content may be incomplete, changed, blocked or inaccurate.

You must review important statements, calculations, claims and recommendations before relying on or publishing them. Do not present an AI-generated statement as independently verified evidence unless you have separately verified it.

SignalCore does not guarantee increased sales, conversion, revenue, profit, customer response or any other commercial result.

Not Professional Advice

SignalCore provides general marketing and value-diagnostic information. It does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, accounting, tax, investment, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, customer claims, advertising compliance, product safety, pricing and use of the report. Obtain qualified professional advice where the decision or claim requires it.

Intellectual Property

SignalCore, SignalCoreSuite, the diagnostic framework, software, interface, report structure, original text, graphics and related materials are owned by Quintir Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, marks, content and services remain the property of their respective owners. References to them do not imply endorsement or partnership.

If you send non-confidential feedback about SignalCore, you permit Quintir Pte. Ltd. to use it to evaluate and improve the product without an obligation to pay you. We will handle personal information associated with feedback under the Privacy Policy.

Availability And Changes

We aim to keep SignalCore available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Availability may be affected by maintenance, security work, internet conditions, third-party providers, API limits or events outside reasonable control.

We may update, replace or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes or improve the service. Where a material change substantially affects an existing paid right, we will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate remedy required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

SignalCore depends on third-party services including Systeme.io, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel and Anthropic. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts, omissions, content or service decisions, but this clause does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on Quintir Pte. Ltd.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or revoke access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, a refund, fraud, material breach, unlawful use, account sharing, security risk or serious harm to SignalCore or others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.

You may stop using SignalCore at any time. Refund eligibility is addressed in the Refund Policy: https://signalcoresuite.com/refunds and by any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment already due, disclaimers, liability, disputes and any term that logically must continue will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalCore is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated at checkout or required by law.

We do not warrant that every webpage will be retrieved, every AI response will complete, every report will be free from error or every recommendation will suit your circumstances. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of downloaded reports and important business material.

Nothing in this section excludes statutory guarantees, warranties or conditions that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation Of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the previous paragraph and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Quintir Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, arising from your use of SignalCore.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, the total aggregate liability arising from SignalCore will not exceed the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim. If applicable consumer law entitles you to a different remedy or makes this limitation unfair or unenforceable, that law prevails to the required extent.

Responsibility For Third-Party Claims

If your unlawful use of SignalCore, infringement of another person's rights or unauthorised submission of material causes a third-party claim against Quintir Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for the resulting reasonable losses and costs to the extent permitted by law and to the extent caused by your conduct.

This provision does not require a consumer to assume responsibility that applicable law places on Quintir Pte. Ltd., and it does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence or misconduct.

Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without applying rules that would select another jurisdiction's law. The courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@signalcoresuite.com so both sides can try to resolve the matter promptly.

If you are a consumer, this section does not remove the benefit of mandatory protections or a right to bring a claim in another forum that applicable law gives you.

Regional Consumer Rights

Consumer laws may provide rights relating to clear pre-contract information, digital-content quality, service performance, cancellation, repair, replacement, price reduction, refunds, unfair terms and misleading practices.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. This includes applicable protections in the EU and EEA, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.

Any voluntary promise made by Quintir Pte. Ltd. is additional to, and does not replace, those mandatory rights.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security or operational changes. The current version will show its effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law and will apply prospectively unless a change must apply sooner for legal or security reasons.

If a change materially disadvantages an existing purchaser, any rights and remedies required by applicable law remain available.

General Provisions

If part of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it as part of a genuine restructuring, merger or sale, subject to applicable law and continued protection of your rights.

These Terms, the checkout information, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy form the agreement concerning your purchase and use of SignalCore. A specific written statement at checkout prevails over an inconsistent general statement in these Terms for that purchase.
