The summary highlights key points. The complete Policy below explains the details.

Who Is Responsible For Your Information

Quintir Pte. Ltd. operates SignalCoreSuite and the SignalCore Value Diagnostic System. For personal information covered by this Policy, Quintir Pte. Ltd. is the organisation responsible for deciding why and how that information is handled, except where a named third party acts independently under its own terms and privacy notice.

support@signalcoresuite.com

Scope

This Policy applies to SignalCore marketing and order pages operated for Quintir Pte. Ltd., the purchaser-access process, the SignalCore app, customer-support communications and the post-purchase survey.

Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not replace the privacy notices of Systeme.io, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel or Anthropic.

Information We Handle

Purchase and contact information. This may include your name, email address, country, billing details, product purchased, price, currency, transaction status, purchase identifier, date and related order records.

Payment information. Stripe and the connected commerce provider process payment-card and payment-method information. Quintir Pte. Ltd. receives transaction confirmation and related records but does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Account and entitlement information. This may include your email address, authentication identifier, login and verification metadata, purchase source, entitlement status, purchase date, revocation or refund status and relevant timestamps.

Survey responses. If you complete the post-purchase survey, we receive your selected answers and any optional written response.

Support communications. We receive the information you include when asking for help, exercising a privacy right, making a complaint or requesting a refund.

Technical information. Hosting, security and service providers may process IP address, browser type, device information, request path, timestamps, authentication events and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure their services.

Diagnostic inputs and API key. When you run a diagnosis, your browser handles the information entered into the diagnostic form and your Anthropic API key. The browser sends them directly to Anthropic to perform the requested analysis.

How Information Is Collected

- directly from you at checkout, in the survey, in the app or when you contact us;

- from Systeme.io and Stripe when they confirm an order, payment, cancellation or refund;

- from Supabase when purchaser identity and entitlement are verified;

- automatically through necessary browser storage, security records and service logs; and

- from information you direct the app and Anthropic to retrieve from supplied public webpage links.

If another person purchases for you or supplies your details, that person is responsible for having authority to provide them. Where required, we will give you relevant privacy information when we first communicate with you.

Why We Use Information

We use relevant information to:

- process and confirm purchases;

- create, verify, maintain, refund or revoke purchaser access;

- send authentication and operational emails;

- provide the diagnostic service you request;

- produce report files for local download;

- respond to support, refund, complaint and privacy requests;

- protect the service, customers and providers from fraud, abuse and security threats;

- understand purchaser needs and improve the app, report language and customer experience;

- maintain transaction, accounting, compliance and dispute records; and

- comply with law and enforce valid agreements.

We do not use survey responses to determine whether you receive access or a refund.

Legal Bases For EEA And UK Processing

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of these legal bases:

- Contract: to process your order, verify access and provide SignalCore.

- Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent misuse, answer ordinary business enquiries, maintain necessary records and improve SignalCore in ways that do not override your rights.

- Legal obligation: to meet accounting, tax, consumer-protection, regulatory and lawful-request obligations.

- Consent: where law requires consent for an optional survey response, non-essential technology or marketing communication. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

If information is required to complete a contract and you do not provide it, we may be unable to process the purchase or provide access.

Diagnostic Inputs And Anthropic

SignalCore is designed so that diagnostic inputs and your Anthropic API key are held in application memory during the open browser session. They are not placed by SignalCore in local storage or session storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears the in-memory diagnostic session, subject to how the browser and operating system manage memory.

When you run the diagnosis, your browser sends the API requests directly to Anthropic using the API key you provide. Anthropic receives the submitted diagnostic material, request instructions and technical data needed to respond. Anthropic's processing, retention, account relationship and API practices are governed by its own documentation and your Anthropic account arrangements.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records or unnecessary sensitive personal information. If business material is confidential or belongs to someone else, make sure you are authorised to use it with Anthropic before submitting it.

Automated Processing And AI

SignalCore uses Anthropic models to analyse the submitted material and generate a report. The report may influence your own marketing or business decisions, but Quintir Pte. Ltd. does not use it to make a legal or similarly significant decision about you.

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review important conclusions and verify claims before relying on or publishing them.

Service Providers And Disclosures

We disclose relevant information only as needed for the purposes described above, including to:

- Systeme.io: funnel pages, checkout records, customer details, order events and survey responses;

- Stripe: payment processing, transaction management, fraud prevention and refunds;

- Supabase: purchaser authentication, browser login sessions and entitlement records;

- Resend: delivery of authentication and operational email and related delivery metadata;

- Vercel: app hosting, network delivery, security and operational logs;

- Anthropic: processing of diagnostic requests sent directly from your browser under your API credentials;

- professional advisers and contractors: where reasonably necessary and subject to suitable duties of confidentiality; and

- authorities or other parties: where required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or connected with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If those practices change, this Policy and any required choices will be updated before the change applies.

International Transfers

Quintir Pte. Ltd. is based in Singapore, and the providers listed above may process information in Singapore, the United States, the European Economic Area and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your location.

Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use or rely on appropriate contractual, organisational or legal mechanisms, such as recognised standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or provider transfer terms. You may contact us for available information about safeguards relevant to your data.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including to:

- maintain purchaser access while the entitlement remains active;

- complete refunds and respond to support or privacy requests;

- maintain transaction, accounting, tax and compliance records for applicable statutory periods;

- resolve disputes and enforce agreements within relevant limitation periods; and

- protect the service from fraud, abuse and security threats.

Survey responses are retained while they remain useful for product research and are then deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable. Provider-held records may follow the provider's own retention schedule. Locally downloaded reports remain on your device until you delete them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures suited to the nature of the service. These include restricted entitlement access, protected service credentials, encrypted network connections, limited browser storage of diagnostic material and access controls offered by our providers.

No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your email account, Anthropic API key, devices and downloaded reports. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised SignalCore access.

Cookies And Browser Storage

The SignalCore app uses browser storage needed to maintain your authenticated Supabase session. The app does not currently include SignalCore advertising pixels, behavioural advertising or session-replay tools.

Systeme.io, Stripe, Supabase and other service providers may use cookies or similar technology for checkout, authentication, fraud prevention, security, preferences and their own disclosed purposes. Non-essential technology should be subject to any consent choice required in your location.

You can clear browser storage or sign out, but doing so may require you to authenticate again. Browser settings that block necessary storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

Marketing Communications

Operational messages, such as purchase confirmations, login codes, security notices and responses to your requests, are part of providing the service.

We will send promotional email only where permitted by law and with any consent required in your location. Promotional messages will provide an available unsubscribe method. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary service communications.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to:

- receive information about how personal information is handled;

- access or obtain a copy of personal information;

- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;

- request deletion or erasure;

- restrict or object to certain processing;

- withdraw consent;

- receive portable information in an applicable format;

- opt out of a sale, targeted-advertising share or certain profiling where such activity and rights apply;

- appeal a decision on a request where applicable; and

- complain to a privacy or data-protection regulator.

To make a request, email support@signalcoresuite.com from, or identify, the email associated with your purchase. We may request proportionate information to verify identity and authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain any lawful limitation or refusal.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
